If the 0.6c buyer holds this would have been a very good reward for spp participants.
$5000 would have got you 250,000 shares and 500,000 oppies.
Sell all at current price -
250,000 shares @ 1.7c = $4250
500,000 oppies @ 0.6c = $3000
= gain of $2250 or 45%
