Is the company legally able to extend the expiry date for the options or are they bound by the existing date?The longer the wait goes on for a decision the less value the options have.
If MLS can extend by six months or so then there is a real chance that shareholders will convert to full shares and the company increase their bank balance.
What are people`s thoughts?
