Noted. When I say Independent Directors I mean Sheppard and Stuart. The Takeovers Panel didn't find that they were not sufficiently independent of Bhushan interets.
Absolutely, without exception, every director of every company should constantly have at the forefront of their mind with everything they do:
"is this in the best interets of our shareholders?"
