For the moment we don't have to worry about a re-issue of options.
The Takeovers Panel has ordered that the new valuation of BWN must be completed by 30 October.
If the new valuation comes in somewhere near Sam Gribbles estimate of 30 to 40 cents per BWN share - and he sure has a lot of credibility after his comprehensive win at the Takeovers Panel, then the options could well be in the money early in November.
Remember the options don't expire until Nov 27, and the conversion price is 20 cents per option
And they rose in value by 275% today, so it seems to me that a few have woken up to the significant gains that could be made following a revised and improved valuation of BWN
