A prudent Bowen Board would take advantage of this situation now. If the first Experts Report proves to be significantly deficient and a new Experts Report arrive at a value significantly higher then it would be in the best interests of former and current shareholders to expediate that report.
Independent Bowen Directors control the commissioning and release of the next report.
If the share price were to get above $0.20 and the options exercised BWN could receive up to $10 million in subscription moneys - can do a bit of drilling with that.
I've got to ascertain what information I can release and what I can't. I'd like to release some valuation work and potential strategies for unlocking BWN value for discussion.
