back of envelope numbers and logic...
Say BWN cap $11m. Takes $20m drilling to define 800mt as RCI have.
=> discount $50m
=> if you liked RCI why wouldnt you look at BWN? You would.
You'd rather pay say $30m for BWN now and drill at your leisure than pay $80m in 2-3 yrs time.
ie, there is premium to be had for BWN assets. The previous Expert did not consider takeover premium or asset potential, or current market conditions for coal price or acqusitions
