Exceed 1 billion but share price only 9.4 cent? If the ceo believe the share price will go to 1,2 or 3 dollar. He would have buy in now. Did you see any announcement mentioning0 about any of the director buying the share? Not even the board is confident with the company. This company has been around for 20 years and the company value is the same as 20 years ago
