ABM AMRO ringing around shareholders at the moment to gauge interest in the SPP. I said "Why would anyone take it up, gven current SP. They agreed. I asked about whether any 'news' is imminent that might see a boost. Obviously couldn't say much but I got the impression that a takeover isn't likely any time soon, but maybe news on the 'rigid' deal coming (didn't sound like in the next few days though). Rang Optiscan direct to see if an extension is likely and all executives in a meeting expected to last all day. Hmmm.... something up?
