They would have to get at least a 100 million dollar contract to turn this company around and it won't happen.
If they achieve other contracts during this time frame then maybe yes I would have thought but now hearing WA is building a desalination plant with Multiplex huge established Australian business I think OPM has no chance.
Maybe Tennix ships Ballsat water but that will be very small contracts only 1 ship :(
