    I think the logical interloper to this deal is TPG but i reckon Woolworths or Kogan might have a look as well
    Interesting angle on amazon as well
    1.1m subs is very tasty strategically
    i do however think the deal will get voted up due to the board approval if no counter-bid appears. 50% acceptance is a very low hurdle
