Yes it is speculation, but it is based on facts. It has been announced that Cisco are on-selling Covata products under white label agreements and the subject matter of article nicely fits what Covata offer.
It would be handy if someone happened to know one of these Optus business customers and could verify what kind of services they were being offered by Cisco.
