    My understanding is NWT has been working towards their satellite for some years - hopefully this means they are down the queue that Sheriden is talking about

    Are you saying NWT have applied to launch a satellite? Personally I dont think so. Firstly I'm sure there'd be a hefty fee involved, and secondly I am sure NWT would have made a fanfare if they had.

    The only reasonable argument would be the Autralian factor, but there are other suitors as well, and of course there is Telstra.
