Having worked with Singtel/Optus in the past I'd be surprised if TNT are doing anything substantial with them. Optus only cared about who could provide them the cheapest service and it's normally the big Indian companies they outsource to.

Hacks like these happen all the time and the SP doesn't move. As this one has affected millions of Aussies I hope they government start issuing fines for companies like Optus who don't do enough to protect customer data. In the US they would get hit with a 200-300m fine and scared other companies into spending more on security
