Na, I think he/she must work for the ACCC or the Australian Competition Tribunal..
These people are a joke.. It seems that Telstra is the only one required to contribute to competition..
Make the infidels outlay huge sums of capital by building/expanding their own networks and then they can compete as much as they like..
But, it is always easy to do it with someone else's money..
