the second factor is the NaaS product itself, which no one outside NET has seen before
the third factor is a decent customer base and proven track record, which NET doesn't have
the fourth factor is getting optus as a customer and beating all of the other competitors that are mature companies with mature products
the fifth factor is that IF optus was using NET, they would have to force anything that connects to their APIs to be inside their secure network
the sixth factor is that Optus already got an SD-WAN solution, in fact they sell SD-WAN solutions, so they wouldn't need NET to do number 5

Does anyone even know what NET does or the product they sell? or how it fits in the market? (mind blown)
