Once again people have entered a situation where a better deal is offered over and above what the market generally offers, be that a loan when no one else would give one, and higher interest return, greater leverage, better returns or what ever.
And while every thing is going fine everyone is happy and people are to ignorant or greedy to look at or they ignore the potential of what could happen when things go wrong
Then when things do go wrong they run around looking for some one to blame and of course they themselves are never to blame.
