I have seen a number of posts at times with people complaining about things like sophisticated investors and the opportunites they have access to that normal investors do not.
Maybe this is an example as to why the little boys should not be allowed to play with the big boys.
Sorry to sound harsh and I am sorry you lost money but you would have been told of the risk or at the very least given information that outlined the risk. The fact you were given a leverage opportunity over and above what was normally offered by the market should have made you look closely at this risk.
Yes the operations of Opus maybe suspect and maybe they are at fault to soem degree, but sorry the investors also need to accept some responsibility
