It's a calculated risk... Reasonably small EV with prospective ground. Limited downside, enormous upside.
Not saying it is guaranteed but I am willing to hold on and see what the drill bit says.
I am just saying Brendan Borg wouldn't have ok'd the deal if it was Moose pasture
