I don't know why you back this company (I call it a dog). They can't even re-rate after launching into the US. The market has written them off and substantial holders are exiting in droves (e.g. Investec).
Anyone who is excited by an email from management needs to get a reality check. They tell you what you want to hear. Reality is masked and you can assume silence means something is not going to plan or not worthy of mention. To take 20 days to release something means they are struggling to find a highlight and hence the delay tactics. As days pass, the more chance a deal settles or more sales occur, but to take so long speaks badly of this company. Their future is far from assured.
