Last November, OPL directors planned to bury the name Opyl in favor of Trialkey.
Then, on the eve of the AGM, they changed their mind.
Now, seven months later, they've hatched a new name, Pathkey AI Limited.
Why? "....to better align the Company’s legal name with its evolving brand identity and strategic direction in the AI and technology sectors."
So the name Opyl heads to the cemetery a second time.
Is "Pathkey" the ideal monica for a group claiming to be a world AI leader?
Is it "brandable"? Will it resonate? Is it charismatic? Compelling? Memorable?
Or should it join "Opyl".
Shareholders may mull these questions as they prepare to vote on Special Resolution 6 at the Ordinary Meeting to be held on July 25.
If they pass the Resolution, the ticker "OPL" will be replaced with "PKY".
