it's actually a bit more then half once shares USN hold in ARD are cancelled.
44m usn shares with about 81m ARD shares on issue after the 19m held by usn are cancelled.
so if usn is 18c it is actually in the 9-10c mark - making a 18c ard purchase actually net off at less then 10c.
