Laverton, I took a while however I'm getting back on the loan facility.
Refer announcement 8th June - additional info- facility terminated.
OBM walked away from the facility to have more control over their destiny, avoid having to hedge and took the opportunity to get some heavy hitting new institutional investors in through a raise.
Hawkes (47%) were highly encouraged not to participate to make it more attractive to other investors, I believe getting them down to 40% is in the overall interest of all investors.
