Wow is the best word I can find to describe this full day visit.
Yesterday was my 3rd visit to the site, my first with Michael F was an eye opener for many things, my 2nd with David Q gave me the opportunity to see who much we had progressed.
Yesterday's tour with Andy C was transformational and was like visiting a brand new site with a brand new energy.
From the moment we landed at the Callion airstrip it was obvious that there was a new team in charge.
From the full and informative induction ( including heath check and breathalyser ) it was obvious the day was going to be a professional and proud display of a business that has come a long way.
Our tour, whilst managed by Andy, was an excellent display of section managers competently briefing us on their area before giving us a full inspection.
