I believe that you will receive shares 1 ORA for 1 AMC and keep both on the 24th of Dec.
So the relative price of each can calculated at the end of trading on the 24th from the on market price of each stock.
I have been practicing with the purchase price of each stock in the lead up to the 24th and based on the price I originally paid for AMC. So far it looks ok. :)
But I know the definitive answer will have to wait until close of trade on 24th and the ratio is set when we actually own and can sell the ORA shares.....
