Thought you might like a look over these:

Some very large amounts of money thrown around by Big Red.
Most interestingly is the 1.9billion they paid for Taleo - which is the tool Xref is integrating with and is perfect as a complimentary tool to the platform. It doesn't make sense to me for Oracle to keep this as a 3rd party (ie not retaining direct revenue from it) and not a standard part of the tool.
