Indeed.
What people should also keep in mind is that there are many and numerable factors involved which could potentially lead to less than optimal results unrelated to the patch, whilst excellent results can only be produced by each variable being optimal (discounting of course celestial intervention!)
Also, isn't this why 3D was invented? Admedus and surgeons were already fully aware that CardioCel was not the ideal patch for aortic valve reconstructions and so produced one that was. If CardioCel was ideal for aortic valve reconstructions and repairs CardioCel3D would never have been needed!
