You can grasp the meaning of this word can't you?
I for one would gladly read anything you had to say if it was presented with both positive and negative overtones, not just the constant negativity which makes you actually look like a disgruntled downramper with a hidden agenda.
Be more professional with your approach and you should not get "shot down".
