    The funds are involved with PPX and are buying and selling to cover their positions I am speculating from viewing the trend over the last few days and trades.It could be anyone of the following Schroder,Orbis,Maple Brown,DFA all substantial holders.These companies have millions tied up.This company is trading at a low price and could turn around or not.Risk for reward.DYOR
