Yes, this report which has been mentioned a few times recently on this forum is what has given me confidence in CER.
Their logical attitude that this 'distressed' stock will eventually come good over time is why I have bought quite a large holding (Av 9cents)
I actually bought many at 5.5cents, and if worse come to worse and the SP tanks on profit taking, I will definitely be topping up.
I could say do your own research, but if you don't know about this one by now you must have been living under a rock.
