Thanks for specifically addressing my queries Sonny, much appreciated, you covered off on a lot of good stuff in there.

My03, i just think the announcement will be mixed and result in limited or short lived price movement, just my opinion. After watching VPG for a year or so, owning some a lot of that time, i would love to believe VPG will just blast through the 10-12 cent barrier and never return but like most similar stocks who were hit down to the low single digits (perhaps with the exception of IIF) i am not filled with a lot of confidence.

I think any fears of going belly up will be totally put at ease but NTA will be hit hard with re-vals and asset sales at well below book value. I think both have already been pretty much factored into the current price, especially the recent movement from the 8's to 12-13 cents.
