"Translated into Greek" - Looking at the state of the Greek economy and the your post they seem to go hand in hand.

A few facts you fail to consider:-

Orbis took a large shareholder position in VPG at the low point of the GFC. This investment position along with other strategic investment positions with other REITS have been made and reported on with careful and thorough consideration.

These investment positions have been increased over the past 12 months.

The investors who provide funding to Orbis expect a return on capital and will also expect dividend income inthe near future. Do you think that as Orbis increase their VPG shareholding to 12.44% this is a positive or a negative, Your post seems to think it is a negative. i disagree strongly.

Firstly - Orbis is now a major block to any agrresive take over party. Secondly if Orbisvote in favour of a take over it won't be at a price of $0.12 it will be at least 30% above fair market value. That has to be good for everyone.

Secondly - Orbis have a huge influence on the management of VPG. When the time is right Orbis will be able to push VPG to reinstate dividends. You or i won't be able to have that influence.

So rather than ridicule their investment I suggest you join me and many others here and thank them for their tenacity to see this investment turn around.
