Short term money will move to the next REIT trading at deep discounts to NTA.
Orbis are just executing what they said they would. Sell at close to early 30's. I remember reading this in an article where Simon Marais was interviewed.
Still big opportunities to come from many parts of this business, all based on the increase in commercial property values. Should that change then the outlook is not so good.
I am holding long way still to go.
