I have noticed that too (Wayout). One big sell order of 800,000 @ 33 cents. Then it disappeared. I suspect it move to a much higher sell level.
Half of the sell order are far above the current level. 40 cents plus range mark are were half of this sell order are lined up. This is the range were the majority of investors bought their shares prior to the price collapse.
