Is there a real possibility of this company going bankrupt?
Iam not sure, on the basis of what i read in the annual report.
Obviously management from what you are saying are s!@t. I can say I have not really looked into them or their credentials.
But looking purely at the financials and its prospects, the company looks sound, obviously not collecting the receivables leaves this company looking down the barrel at more debt or some other means to raise funds.

Don't get too pessimistic here, sometimes pessimism is overdone and the market gets it wrong and this excess pessimism has to be guarded against when making investment decisions.

Don't get me wrong I focus on energy and mining since that is my specialty, i could probably be getting it very wrong here? Energy is still a way better punt for the medium to long term than this. But the situation here presents an opportunity.
