IMO, Even if Orbis does sell out, it may reduce the current price, thougn other funds are out there that will find value in it the same way they initially did, or still do. IMO This is only being held down, because they will not do a share issue to shareholders as CNP cannot afford to take them up. CNP will need to borrow money or issue shares to build the cash.
The concerns at the moment will the "Rent" cover the costs, will the write downs reduce the rent, Will the Asset Sales reduce the debt quicker than the rent.
Long term they are caught between the Debt and CNP.
CNP/CER were caught out, by getting into debt when the financial crisis was upon us. Their plans could have been further shares issues to pay down debt, reduce dividend payout to 30-40% and then complete Share buy back, during the crisis, to be set on the up turn.
They were caught short and doing the share issue when they did was too late.
So here we are today.
