It's not ouch yet.

It will be ouch on Friday. For either me or you! But not both.

This post is a dead certain for no "thumbs up's" as it seems only positive posts get those.

I have repeatedly said that I personally believe CER is a great company but, as I just emailed to a few colleagues:
Have we not been here before 3-4 times already? CER is at 14 cents purely on speculation of a dividend. I hope all of those who have held while down in the dumps do get a distribution declared on Friday.

Based on the pricing of other REIT's both those that are more highly geared and less highly geared there are generally common elements of trading at around 10-20% of NTA and if there is a dividend or dividend guidance trading at around 10 times a dividend.

So here's another question:

What is CER worth if you do not get your distribution?...somewhere in the single digits where all holders will be lamenting the disclosure of a distirbution policy.

What is CER worth if you DO get your distribution? ....14-20 cents (assuming distribution of 1.4-2 cetns per unit)...ie where it's at right now.

When/if we have a distribution this half it will be my pleasure to pay top dollar for some beloved CER stock.

PS: Have any of you spoken to your accountants about Bamford decision? I know I have.......
