CER is seriously undervalued, the whole sector is now being re-rated.......the price should hold with or without a distribution this time round.

As others have already noted, if funds are used to reduce debt in lieu of paying a distribution, the market should not punish CER as a result as this would be viewed as conservative capital management........not a bad thing in this environment.
