For what its worth, I can't see any reason for the selling pressure. Admittedly I almost joined in as I watched the SP spiral (through fear). I've averaged down to about 15c now and realise that many others have lost a lot more than me but when you watch your money become less than half, it really hurts.

The only real negative I can see (besides refinance) is the litigation which hasn't really raised its head.

I think some silly sellers will regret stupid sales (say that 3 times fast).
