I don't think CER investors need to get too preoccupied with small changes in Orbis's shareholding.
You can see from Orbis' September and June Quarterly Reports here that their holdings have remained at about 2% of their flagship fund;

Simon Marais' comments there are positive about AREITs in general and he repeats the following comment in both reports;
"The most consistent (if not the only) way to time stock markets is to buy great value and take a long term
perspective."
From personal experience investing in Orbis' offshore funds since 2001, I know they remain true to this strategy.
