I think it's interesting to note that Orbis has reduced their holding in CER by 26m units.
What does this mean for MDT, well it could mean a number of things, such as;
a.) Nothing. Maybe Orbis is just taking profits - I did!!
b.) Orbis sees more upside potential (particularly medium term) in other similar REITs i.e. MDT.
c.) Orbis, like many economists, feels that a commercial mortgage crisis is on the horizon & they're reducing their exposure accordingly.
It may be none of the above reasons, however, it will be a big confidence boost for other MDT holders if Orbis increases (or at very least maintains) its position in MDT.
I guess time will reveal all, or nothing!!
