Now that Kyoto is LAW, will OEC's patented injection system for two and four stroke engines reap the reward it deserves for reducing greenhouse gas emissions? Probably not in the short term, but countries like India and China, (did they sign?) have a big problem looming.
Increased personal wealth equates to more luxurys. (pencil in necessaties in our lingo.) So instead of pedalling a bike, many more motorscooters are being purchased. Up goes emissions, and up goes oil products. Food for thought.
