AB stated on 21st Aug that he'd make a slots announcement 'shortly'. Normally NWT delay = trying to come up with some wordsmanship to disguise bad news. I would be of the opinion that any change with the slots should trigger a formal ASX announcement, as they have been banging on about how important and prestigious they are for the last 3 years. Another example of poor governance. Looks like leopards never change their spots.......
