I also have been watching this stock.
Their latest report mentioned a share value of up to $1.58 if the drills in California go according to expectations, however I believe one has to be cautious with these such statements. The graph seems to indicate that it bottomed out at 10.5c and is on the rise, and indicators are heading north.
I have now bought, and would be happy to sell at 25c. Note: this is just my opinion
