Yes correct to my understanding... Would be known as a 'Cross Trade'  ( A trade made with the same Broker Business)

My understanding of a 'Cross Trade' --  Broker  A   both a  buyer  and a seller   -the same trade say  10000  buy/sell  in XYZ Coy MUST be to another or more ---separate parties... and I believe a Director of a Coy, holding as an investment XYZ Coy,  cant sell/buy those  shares   for  him/her self or Cross Trade to his/her  Coy. So a Bot cant buy/sell to ones self.
