True to an extent. However they all actually have a resource (well the ones I am aware of) and economic factors and future prices will affect as all resources are on cyclical basis. Like Oxiana is supposed to be $7 by now:) However FMS was out of kilt with market cap comparisons from the get go so even if economic forecasts remained positive may well have suffered this drop in s/p anyway. I am not sure I agree all spec should be forgiven for ramping when hype is built into the sector in general and cyclical falls to be expected. It gives poor managers a way out.
