Don't normally indulge in the conspiracy theory threads but this one is too good not to.
As to whether there is anything left in the company for FPO shareholders post any wind up (should such a thing occur) that is a whole different matter.
The note holders will rank above the shareholders and when they convert they overwhelm the FPOs with new shares anyaway.
Not saying this is happening or likely but all things are possible, but that $10M in Notes could create 5-10B additional shares on conversion. Right now about 2.5B FPOs.
MC of $20M just days ago is now $14M (because of what - fear that GGP could not raise the $10M in notes? Because each note was a minimum of $250K???)
And 30% of that $10M to be raised is for additional land - RUKM?
One hell of an MBA you have Steve. Should be an entertaining albeit very expensive AGM. Sentiment is actualli IHTFC but "none" has to suffice.
