    Based on the numbers 2,000,000 shares for purchase of Future Fleet International (FFI) for value of $1.4 million, wouldnt that mean that the share price would be $0.70 per share?

    1. Total value of the acquisition = $1.4 million
    2. Number of shares handed over = 2,000,000 shares

    Share price = Total value of the acquisition / Number of shares handed over
    Share price = $1,400,000 / 2,000,000
    Share price = $0.70 per share

    is that possible?
