"The management team started executing ORDs strategy for growth via acquisitions. ORD has reviewed several opportunities in Australias resources sector in commodities including gold and coal.

ORD has signed confidentiality agreements with several vendors. ORD is working alone and in partnership with Australian and Chinese partners. The management
team held meetings interstate and in China for these opportunities in the quarter.

ORD will update the market as soon as these opportunities have reached materiality or agreement stages."
