So Beach now have their 19.9%.
Can Beach keep buying on the market or do they have to stop?.This is a merger??.Once 20% does'nt it become an unconditional offer??.We have conditions from Eddie unless a better offer.So can they still buy up to 19.9% not counting Eddies shares.Does that make sense.
