re: plano Gareth, Plano was part of a joint tender with Richardson and Frisco, the three cities put out a Request for Proposals, every man and his dog tendered and Redflex won the tender. First blood in Texas to Redflex and a new state for them.

This is only the selection stage, the 3 cities now go ahead and negotiate and sign a contract with the winner, Redflex, and it is only when the contract is signed that Redflex will make an ASX announcement. By my reckoning there has to now be more than 25 other cities who have selected Redflex and contracts are presently being negotiated. the U S holiday season seems have slowed down signings over the past 2 months but I think we will be agreeably surprised at the large number of contracts to be announced between now and Xmas.
